We look forward to welcoming you to this beautiful one bedroom, barn in the rural hamlet of North Wraxall, 10 miles North of the World Heritage City of Bath and on the southern tip of the Cotswolds.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Originally, a working storage barn which has recently undergone sympathetic restoration to create a high quality holiday home. There is an open plan downstairs living space with doors to the outside and an upstairs en-suite bedroom.

The Barn is approached via a foot gate leading alongside the property from your dedicated parking space on the gravel.

Downstairs comprises an entrance hall with a coat cupboard. This leads into the open plan living space with well equipped kitchen and living room. Double doors lead out onto the courtyard garden area. There is a marble counter for dining and a wall mounted Smart TV. Oak stairs lead up to the bedroom which has an open ceiling and en-suite bathroom. There is a solid wood king-size bed, wardrobe and bedside tables. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, sink and toilet.

There are many beautiful villages and towns to visit nearby. We are perfectly placed for the Cotswolds, Bath and in the centre of walking routes and the Cotswold Way.

The property suits a couple and easily accommodates a baby. We can provide a travel cot and high chair on request at booking. We do not store these items in the house.

There is outside seating and a table in the garden area. We provide barbecue in the summer months with fuel and tools.

There is no electric car charger at The Barn but please ask at the time of booking if you need car charging.

Late check out on a Sunday is available on request.
