The apartment was completely renovated in April 2021. It features a private entrance via a spacious staircase leading to a large balcony with a beautiful view of the Noor. The apartment sleeps up to 4 people and has 2 bedrooms: one with a double box-spring bed and a TV, and one with a double bed. The bathroom features a shower and a bathtub, a toilet, a washing machine and dryer, a hair dryer, and a lighted makeup mirror. The new open-concept kitchen is equipped with a glass-ceramic stove, oven, refrigerator with a small freezer compartment, range hood, dishwasher, two small counters with bar stools, and much more. A dining table with four chairs and a view of the Noor complete the cosy kitchen and dining area. From the living room, you have a direct view of the Noor and the beautiful beech forest, the Königswald, on the opposite side. After a wonderful day on holiday, you can enjoy the evening either on the cosy leather sofa set in the living room with an electric fireplace or on the large balcony with beautiful patio furniture and an electric grill.
Of course, you can also relax in the fenced-in garden reserved just for you, complete with its own beach chair, SUP, and access to the lake.

You also have two bicycles available free of charge to explore the beautiful area; if you bring your own e-bikes, you can store them—and, of course, charge them—in the lockable garden shed that comes with the apartment.
