Morancy Pond House is a large three-level colonial set directly on Morancy Pond in Sullivan, Maine, about 45 minutes from Acadia. Designed for group stays, the home comfortably sleeps up to 14 guests and offers multiple living areas, waterfront views, and space to relax together. We provide 2x Kayaks, 2x Adult Bikes, 2x Childrens Bikes and a firepit to enjoy the Maine outdoors.

The home is spread across three floors — main level, upstairs, and a fully finished walkout basement — with 7 beds and 4 full bathrooms, giving groups plenty of room to spread out. Mini-split systems provide efficient heating and air conditioning throughout the home for year-round comfort.
