Our apartment is located in the south of Vienna in the 11th District, directly on the Simmeringer main street.

In its spacious courtyard, the mansion built in 1875 - despite its central location - houses a green oasis of relaxation and recreation.

The 88m² apartment is located in the 1st. Floor and offers comfortable space for up to 5 people.

It has entrance hall, bedroom, living room with sofa bed, kitchen with dining area, bathroom and toilet.

Kitchen and living room have garden view. The bedroom is very quiet despite the orientation to the street.

The garden of the house has sufficient seating and sunbathing possibilities, as well as a children's playground, which of course are shared with our guests. Barbecue and bar are available by arrangement.

Its excellent location and close proximity to public transport (subway line U3, station Zippererstraße and tram line 71 - station Molitorgasse) allow you to reach the landmarks of the city within a short time.

Komme sehr gern wieder.

War beruflich für 7 Wochen in Wien und hatte eine schönen Rückzugsort zum entspannen nach der Arbeit. Herr Stratill ist ein sehr netter Vermieter und war bei einen kleinen Problemchem sofort zu Stelle. Die Wohnung ist so wie beschrieben und sehr zentral gelegen. Alle notwendigen Geschäfte sowie Straßenbahn ( direkt vor der Tür aber trotzdem nicht laut) und U Bahn sind ohne Auto schnell erreichbar. Wie schon geschrieben, ich komme definitiv wieder. Vielen Dank für eine schöne Zeit.

Das Appartment war sehr groß und ist echt schön eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden wiederkommen, wenn wir wieder nach Wien kommen.
