Charming 1-Bedroom Backyard Cottage in Little Rock's Hillcrest Historic District

Located in the heart of Little Rock's Hillcrest Historic District, this fully restored 1926 cottage offers a cozy retreat for guests. It is a small, safe, and clean, one-bedroom cottage in the backyard of a historic home. It is perfectly designed for 1 guest or a couple; has its own kitchenette a full-sized bed, and a 100 year old footed tub w a shower. The cottage shares an interior wall with an office. The office and cottage have seperate entrances and guests do not have access to the office. Guests must walk up 3 steps without a handrail to get into the cottage. Must be 21 or older to book. A cot can be brought in upon request but it is a tight fit. Please see photos with cot in space.
