You’ll be staying in a historic building—a former farmstead of the Cistercian monks! Our “Napoleon Room” studio has been recently renovated using high-quality natural materials (lime, clay, wood). It is individually furnished with exquisite pieces and accommodates 2 people; it measures approximately 35 square metres and features a kitchenette with all modern conveniences. Since there are additional holiday rentals on the winery grounds, it’s particularly well-suited for gatherings with family or friends. Enjoy cosy togetherness while still having your own privacy. The studio features an idyllic garden with a shady chestnut tree. A large swivel grill is available for your use on the terrace. We’d be delighted to invite you to tour our 900-year-old wine cellar. A tasting of our delicious wines is the perfect way to round out the day.
The studio is also ideal for participating in our grape harvest event with friends, for example.

For the winemaker, the grape harvest is the most beautiful time of the year. Join us in the vineyard this fall and share in the joy of the harvest. Expand your knowledge and learn with all your senses. Enjoy a hearty lunch feast with music in the vineyard and taste the fresh grape must straight from the press.

The Siebenborn Monastery Courtyard is located in the heart of the Moselle region. From here, you can take trips into the beautiful Moselle countryside, with plenty of cultural and/or sporting activities.

The Maare-Mosel cycling and hiking trail, right outside the door, invites you to enjoy nature—whether jogging, hiking, inline skating, or biking.

There is a foot bath in front of the farm.

Additional requests such as a cot (one-time fee of 10€); high chair (one-time fee of €5); towel rental (€2 per towel) or additional bed linens (€8 per bed) are to be paid on site.
