The owners are nice and responsive. But the apartment needs care and maintenance to be a rental. The bathroom is full of mold with peeling paint. Toilet in main bathroom is held together with tape. Living room floor quite scratched up. Bathroom screen is torn with holes so mosquitoes come in if you leave bathroom window open. The question that matters in a review is: Would you rent this apartment again? Our answer is no. Pictures on the VRBO site look better than reality.

We are very pleased that the hosts were nice and responsive. The host is always available and committed to making their guests' stay most comfortable.
We are saddened to hear that the property did not live up to your expectations. The property has been repainted in June. The host informs us that there has not been any issue with mould. The bathroom is always functional and tidy, and the mosquito net in the bathroom is in place.
The host did ask several times during your stay if everything was in place, or if you needed assistance in anything. The answer was always that everything is perfect. The host regrets that you did not mention anything to her, as she would have intervened immediately, as she always does if a customer has any problem or desire.
We appreciate your feedback as it helps us to improve our services for the future, and hope to welcome you back again soon.
