Our condo is awesome. 2400 sq. ft., 3 levels, 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 family rooms (one for the kids) w/ 50' flat screens, flat screens in 3 bedrooms, fully functional kitchen w/ large eating area, wood burning fireplace, 2 walkout porches with a view of Boyne Highlands ski hill, BBQ, Stereo system, everything you need for a relaxing and comfortable stay. Trout creek resort has 3 pools, 2 hot tubs, workout facility, fishing ponds, hiking trails, tennis courts, basketball court, horseshoe pits, game room, and many other amenities.

Centrally located between Harbor Springs and Petoskey. 25 minutes from Mackinac Island.

Great condo for Highlands and Nubs skiing!

We had a group of 3 families and the condo was perfect for us - plenty of space, just a few minutes from the ski slopes, and listing just as described (condo was better than the photos). Looking forward to coming back in the future!

Great spot for a large group for a ski weekend

We loved our stay here and would like to book again for our annual trip next year. Plenty of space for our 3 family ski vacation. Only issue was the wifi router routinely cut out and we had to reset it a couple times per day.

Spacious vacation spot

Nice location. Pool, sauna, and spa access was clean and easily accessible. Large area for kids to play in the courtyard (soccer) and playground. Sliding doors did not work well, lower level was a little damp and musty, but otherwise-had everything multi-families needed for a weekend getaway. Would stay again.

A great place to enjoy family in a beautiful area

The property was very clean and nicely maintained. We had everything we needed for cooking, sleeping, showering, and relaxing. The kitchen table with benches was so beautiful and perfect for a group as was the couch set up. The bedrooms were perfect. The owners really gave a great deal of though to what people would want and need for a vacation.

As soon as we let the owner know of a problem problem when we arrived, he took care of it efficiently and to our high standards. There are lots of things to do at turtle Creek, and the accommodations of our condo were great for our family. Beautiful area!

Family reunion

overall impression... dated facility in need of repair and upgrading. Definitely not the quality we had paid for. Door screen torn, mold in lower bath shower, musty smell, air circulation poor (1st floor COLD, 2nd floor Normal, 3rd floor HOT). Overall cleanliness was lacking (kitchen dirty, coffee pot w/used grounds); negotiating 19 steps to the front door was unexpected and difficult for older family members; overabundance of old, worn kitchen utensils and cookware; 3rd floor dryer blowing lint into room; gas grille provided but no gas or lighter. Mstr Bed could (& should) be upgraded (too small & VERY SOFT). Refrigerator freezes anything placed along back wall. Swimming facility was good (clean). Our first VRBO experience has definitely been tainted by this offering.

We are so sorry to hear you were disappointed. We take every measure to insure our condo is well maintained. Most of the furniture throughout the condo is new within 1-2 years. The master bed is a queen size bed as stated in the description. The mattress is 2 years old. We are sorry if you found it to be too soft for your comfort. The bathrooms have been remodeled. Coffee rounds in the coffee maker is clearly an over site by our cleaning crew. This will be addressed. The kitchen was remodeled 3 years ago. We try to have multiple utensils for our guests needs. Some may be older but if they are in good condition we opt to keep them. We apologize if there was no gas for the grill. A simple phone call to alert us could have resolved the issue. We appreciate your feedback and will use these criticisms to improve on our condo. We hope you will try VRBO again in the future.

Good place to stay with a larger crowd.

We were pleased with the accommodations. I actually thought the place was better than the pictures showed which was a nice surprise. ! There were a few small things that should be be addressed. The kitchen faucet leaked quite a bit and we had an issue with the TV remote in the master bedroom. We also discovered there was no propane left when we decided to Grill but the hosts are reimbursing me for the fill up fee. And they were very prompt in responding. The rooms on the upper level could use fans as some guests found it muggy at night even with adjustments to air conditioning. But all in all , it was a nice place and you never felt crowded which was very good! I would recommend to others.

Perfect for our group of four families. The house was clean and as pictured. The community had lots of amenities including fishing pond, playground, indoor pools, etc. Quiet community and close to Harbor Springs!

perfect location for skiing

Our family of 12 were very comfortable in this condo. It had everything that we needed and was in great shape. We wanted a quick before-Christmas ski trip and this was the perfect place to ski at Nub's and the Highlands. The only negative were all the steps to get into the condo, but it was worth it.
