This home is ideally located on all sports Round Lake, next
to Petoskey State Park, 5 minutes to downtown Petoskey and Harbor
Springs.
Round Lake is an all sports lake and its the Petoskey area's best
kept secret. Round Lake is a clean spring feed lake well known for
its excellent fishing.
Nearby are biking, walking, snowmobile, and cross-country ski
trails. The bike trail is a continuous trail from Harbor Springs
through Petoskey ending in Charlevoix.
Our home is just minutes away from Boyne Highlands and Nubs Nob
downhill ski resorts. This area is also well known for its
renowned golf courses. Little Traverse Bay Golf Club is 5 minutes away. The Mackinaw Bridge is just a short 30-minute drive.

Nice home on beautiful lake

Beautiful home, but clearly a rental. Upstairs guest bathroom tub was not clean, very tired. Toilet ran incessantly and leaked due to sweating. Needs attention Owner not attentive to messages or questions regarding the property Note no Air Conditioning in the home and box fan on the main bedroom Not the anticipated quality given the price

Beautiful Lake House on Round Lake

The house was perfect for our family (six adults and four children). The shallow water close to shore was great for young children, and we enjoyed having the dock and small sandy beach area for the kids. Great for paddleboarding, kayaks, watching loons, and simply enjoying the view. The deck was newer and a wonderful place to hang out. The house was spacious and the kids loved the bunk room. The house does not have AC, but even with a couple warmer days, it cooled off at night, and the ceiling fans kept it comfortable. Highly recommend this property!

Great Week

After searching for a house with a beach and space for my kids and grandkids, we decided to book this property. The house, and location did not disappoint. The previous reviews were spot on! We had a wonderful week. The lake views, beach, yard, deck, and spacious interior were fabulous. It was a perfect way to spend time with family. We will definitely book again.

private beach and great backyard for children and adults of all ages. 5 mile drive to downtown Petoskey and Harbor springs, 5 mile bike ride to lake Michigan and Petoskey State Park. Numerous great shopping and restaurants, local farms to visit, theaters, concerts, hiking trails, etc....
