Holiday Rental 01-5 at the Papillon Resort is a 4-room apartment that sleeps up to 6 people.

This bright and welcoming 4-room holiday rental, featuring a south-west-facing balcony, is located on the 1st floor at the front of Building 1. You can access the apartment via the outdoor staircase. The apartment, with approximately 70 m² of living space, spans two floors and features a living and dining area, three bedrooms, a kitchenette, and a bathroom with a shower. The beach is only about 250 m from the Papillon holiday village.

You can access the furnished balcony directly from the living area. The living room features a comfortable seating area and a spacious dining area for six people. A flat-screen TV, a stereo system, and a selection of games and books are provided for your entertainment. An internal staircase leads to the two bedrooms in the attic. The living area has laminate flooring, and the bedrooms are carpeted.

The kitchenette is equipped with a dishwasher, an oven, a 4-burner stove (ceramic cooktop), and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. The entryway and kitchen area are tiled. You can store your clothes in a closet in the hallway.

In the bedroom on the ground floor, you’ll find two single beds (2 x 90 x 200 cm) and a wardrobe. A blackout blind ensures a restful night’s sleep. Each of the two bedrooms on the upper floor features a double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm and 2 x 80 x 200 cm) and a wardrobe. The windows are covered with curtains to block out the light.

The spacious shower room with two sinks includes a separate toilet with a window. Pets are not allowed in this non-smoking apartment.

In Building 1, free Wi-Fi (subject to availability) is available to our guests. Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are located in the basement. Outdoor parking spaces are located right next to the building. Bicycles can be parked in the bike rack next to the building. The complex includes a small playground.

Booking Information:
The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bed linens and towels are not included. They can be rented from us for a fee (not made up). One parking space is available for this holiday rental. Additional vehicles can be parked in the public, paid car parks in town.

The Papillon holiday village, quietly yet centrally located on the edge of Boltenhagen’s town centre, invites you to enjoy a cosy holiday. The beach is about 250 m away.

Children are warmly welcome in this park-like complex. Your little ones will enjoy digging in the sandpit, swinging high into the air, or bouncing on the seesaw with (new) playmates.

Dogs are allowed in some apartments. Most of the apartments are equipped with Wi-Fi. Each house has one free parking space for your car right next to the house.

Eighteen houses, each with 8 apartments, await you at the Papillon holiday resort. On the ground floor are 2-room apartments with terraces. An outdoor staircase leads to the ground floor, where you’ll find the 4-room apartments, which span two floors. Of course, each of these apartments has a balcony.
Each apartment has its own exterior entrance. Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available in all buildings. Some apartments offer a bike parking space or a bike storage room.
