On the living level, you’ll find a bedroom with two single beds, a small, elegant bathroom with a shower and a private sauna, as well as the living/dining area with an open kitchen that’s exceptionally well-equipped. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer a wonderful view of the Baltic Sea. The sitting area is perfect for binge-watching TV shows, game nights, or a relaxing evening by the fireplace with your favourite music. Smart TV and Wi-Fi are standard in this property. Up a flight of stairs is the master bedroom with a Smart TV and plenty of space for your holiday wardrobe. On this level, you’ll also find another bathroom with a tub and a wellness shower, as well as the secluded 20-square-meter rooftop terrace with a view of the Baltic Sea. Deck chairs and patio furniture are provided for a relaxing day in privacy. Made-up beds and an underground parking space are included when renting this property.<br>Note: A parking space is available to you free of charge in the underground garage. The clearance height is 1.95 m. — If you are arriving with a larger vehicle or a second vehicle, you can rent an outdoor parking space for EUR 15 per night, subject to availability. The wide beach at Baabe is especially popular with families with small children. On this beach, where the water slopes gently into the sea, the “little ones” can splash around carefree while the “big ones” relax without a care in the world.
