The light-flooded 40m² vacation apartment Ciasa Silvia is located in San Martino in Badia (Sankt Martin in Thurn), a small community in northern Italy's South Tyrol region. The ground floor vacation apartment consists of a living room with sleeping options, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5 people. An additional bed can be added to bring the max capacity to 5 people. The apartment features Wi-Fi and satellite television. Children are allowed and a baby bed is available (upon request).

The San Martino in Badia area has many cycling routes that wind through the stunning mountain landscape. Bolzano (Bozen) Airport is a 1 hour and 35 minute (75 km) drive from the apartment.
