Menlo Park is a quaint historic neighborhood characterized by its peaceful streets and charming homes nestled between downtown Tucson and the Santa Cruz River for biking the loop to the east, and cactus-dotted Sentinel Peak, aka "A" Mountain, and Tumamoc Hill for sweeping city views to the west. The area encompasses the recognized birthplace of Tucson.

Walking distance to St Marys hospital. Convenient access to major roads, making it easy to commute to other parts of the city. Bus and streetcar transportation nearby. Located on a quiet cul-de-sac.
