The home was in a good neighrborhood and was easy to walk 30-40 minutes, to the duck game,with kids in a wagon, (which you can check for 5 right before scanning your tickets into the game) For 3 separate family pods coming in, each floor worked great for our family of 7 adults and 2, under 6 kids... May need to add a cookie sheet to cook bacon. We loved it and would book it again.

Great location, just a couple blocks to campus and an easy walk to restaurants, a convenience store, ice cream, and a beautiful park.The living room setup was perfect, with a comfortable spot for everyone, and the bedrooms were spacious with very comfortable beds. The kitchen had everything we needed for morning coffee and the option to cook meals.We loved the front porch and enjoyed watching Eugene go by. We also had fun playing darts and foosball. Check-in was very easy with off-street parking, and the host was extremely responsive with any questions. The house was very clean.We’ve stayed at quite a few places while visiting our daughter at the University of Oregon, and this is the first one where we all agreed we would absolutely book again.

Very nice property. Great location and communication. Only wish would be air conditioning, but realize in the Northwest a lot of older homes don't have that.
