From the balcony, you can watch the boats come and go and fully enjoy the sun and the view. There is a parking space for your car next to the house. Behind the house is an open garden with a table large enough for a big group.<br><br>Two spacious living areas on the ground floor and upper floor invite you to relax with friends or family. The open-concept kitchen with living area is right next to the dining area and is fully equipped with high-quality appliances; the granite worktop is a real eye-catcher. From there, double-glazed doors lead outside. Additionally, the ground floor features a large bathroom with a rain shower and toilet, as well as a bedroom with a double bed and a flat-screen TV, from which you can step into the garden through a glass door. There is also a small, bright room with two récamières that convert into single beds; it’s perfect as a quiet retreat for reading a book and relaxing. Upstairs, there is another living area with a comfortable sofa and a flat-screen TV, perfect for cosy get-togethers. There is also another bedroom and a bathroom with a rain shower, bathtub, and toilet. It is located right next to the Hagenschen Wiek and offers the perfect starting point for bike rides and hikes. From here, you can head straight into the “Zickerschen Berge” with your hiking poles or explore the surrounding area by bike on the very well-developed network of trails. If you don’t have a bike with you, you’ll find a bike rental right in town.<br><br>The tranquility of the town and the sound of the sea make both the holiday home and the town itself something truly special. Just a few minutes from Gager lies the Baltic Sea resort of Göhren. The pier and the beach promenade attract thousands of visitors every year. The famous “Rasende Roland” also departs from here. Many popular destinations, such as the “Granitz Hunting Lodge” with its stunning view of the entire peninsula or the Baltic Sea resort of Binz, are easily accessible from here.<br>The trip ends at the former princely residence of Putbus. Here, you can learn more about the island’s history while taking a stroll through the palace gardens. Putbus is known for its numerous white houses, which dominate the town.
