Our cosy and homely studio is furnished in a rustic Tyrolean style. It is located on the ground floor, measures approximately 30 m², and can accommodate 2–3 people. The studio apartment features a combined living and sleeping area with a cosy sitting area, satellite TV, a small kitchenette, microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker, as well as a shower with toilet and a hair dryer. Free Wi-Fi. Bed linens and towels are provided.
Our well-maintained apartment guesthouse is located in a prime location yet in a quiet setting, with a view of the Wilder Kaiser.
Our apartments are bright and modern, furnished according to the principles of European Feng Shui, with a shower/toilet, some with a dishwasher, a stove with oven, a large balcony, satellite TV, radio, and a hair dryer, plus Wi-Fi.
A 3-minute walk to the ski lift, 2 minutes to the free ski bus, and cross-country ski trails right nearby.
In summer, you’re just 5 minutes from the 27-hole Wilder Kaiser golf course and 20 minutes from Kaiserbad Ellmau.
