We have lived here since the 90’s & have loved watching Ballard grow. We used to Airbnb before the Pandemic. We were always Superhosts. But stopped & just enjoy our home now. Everything is so convenient. We can walk to anything you need. Great Parks, Restaurants, Bars, Coffee Shops & Delis too.
Why they chose this property
Ballard has the best restaurants, bars and great nightlife within a mile or two away. Close to the Zoo, Greenlake & Golden Gardens too. We are set on a lovely street with an amazing deli right behind us. They have best breakfast burritos & sandwiches in town. Plenty of pot shops close too. Seattle is very herb friendly & as long as your outdoors we are too.
What makes this property unique
We have all the conveniences of home. Inside and out. We are centrally located & pet friendly with a fenced backyard. Comfy couches to lounge on and outdoor furniture with a large table so room for everyone.
