It features an open floor plan, perfect for hanging out with the family and fully stocked kitchen.

The two bathrooms come equipped with essentials like a shampoo, conditioner, soap, towels, hair dryer for added convenience.

A modern living room features a herringbone slate accent wall with an electric fireplace, 75" HD TV, a modern 10 ft long, super-comfortable "boneless cloud" sofa, offering extra sleeping space or a relaxing spot to unwind.

If you use the BBQ grill, please make sure it is clean (brushed).
Turn the AC/Heat to 70-72*.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No Parties or events are permitted.
Quiet hours are from 10 pm - 8 am.
Only use provided fire wood for the chimenea. It can NOT handle regular firewood, must be Pinon wood only and never leave it unattended.
