Electric heating, air-conditioning. Small balcony 6 m2. Balcony furniture. Partial view of the sea, the garden and the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, iron, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: no parking. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.).

Lage: Sehr gut. Wohnung sauber, aber ständige Stechmückenplage trotz geschlossenen Türen und Fenstern. Sehr hellhörig und Straße in ca. 20m Entfernung stark vom Verkehr frequentiert.

Super Lage zum Strand - leider zu nah an der sehr

sehr schöne Wohnung direkt am Meer toll geschnitten und ausgestattet die Schiebetüre zum Balkon läßt sich leider im geschlossenen Zustand öffnen - die Rollos sind per Hand zu schließen und öffnen - über die Lautstärke dabei beschweren sich die Bewohner der Wohnung unter mir leider ist der Verkehrslärm der stark befahrenen Straße nur von 0 Uhr bis 6 Uhr ruhig, so daß man tagsüber mitunter das eigene Wort kaum versteht - trotzdem jederzeit wieder!!!

Gute Lage. Etwas laut aber ertragbar

Sehr gute Lage, direkt am Strand. Nachts ist es doch etwas laut wegen Auto/Motorradverkehr. Für uns war die Wohnung nicht sauber genug, so dass wir erstmal staubsaugen und den Boden wischen müssten. Die Türen waren irgendwie dreckig. Die Küche ist dagegen neu. Leider kein Geschirrspüler. Das Bett und die Matrazze war im Juli 2021 neu. Klimaanlage ist sehr leise. Strand ist direkt an der Tür. Auto kann man an der Straße parken, abends gibt es freie Parkplätze. Kauft kein WLAN Paket!
