Dear Holidaymakers,<br><br>Our approximately 48 m² two-room holiday apartment, No. 3.05, is located on the ground floor and features a spacious balcony with high-quality patio furniture.<br><br>Our bright and modern living room features a separate dining area for 4 people as well as a sitting area with a comfortable double sofa bed (1.70 m x 2.00 m sleeping surface).<br><br>The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, stove with glass-ceramic cooktop and oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and everything else you would expect from an excellent kitchen.<br><br>Our bathroom features a shower with an extra-shallow shower pan.<br><br>Built-in closets in the hallway and storage room round out the furnishings.<br><br>For your entertainment and added comfort, we provide<br>- a large flat-screen TV in the living room<br>- a flat-screen TV in the bedroom<br>- free internet access<br><br>Please note: free beach chair during the season<br><br>Additional extras<br><br>You’re welcome to book the following extras before your arrival.
