Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
When you are ready to leave, if you could please empty out all the food in the fridge and pantry, leave all used towels on the bathroom floor.
Set the AC/Heat to 72 degrees in the summer and 68 degrees in the winter
Don't forget to lock the doors and close all the windows on your way out.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
