There were only 2 queen size beds in 2 of the bedrooms. There were no tvs in the room as I was told . 1 of the queen mattresses was black . The futon on the couch was so uncomfortable, the new tv in the living room was hanging of a string on the wall and on a plastic table that blocked the remote signal . The tv was not set up either . The fridge was dirty the washer and dryer were dirty . The shower with the glass door was dirty the other shower had no curtain . The 3rd bedroom had no bed and had trash and the other tvs that were suppose to be in the bedrooms . The house had no lights in any room, the living room fan did not work the SMOKE DETECTOR was missing and the house smelled like old SMOKE causing my son to have an asthma attack. No lights in any room No curtains on back door Fan in living room broken Only 1 working tv No smoke detector No carbon monoxide detector Only 1 towel for shower No hand soap No pillows on bed. Host was rude and hard to get a refund from . I left and did not stay verbo gave me full refund based off the fact house was unsafe and no as advertised.

Sorry your feeling of the house was so Bad. because we had the contractors supposed to finish up the renovations of the house before you arrived was so delayed due to the weather situations here in Florence AZ. We had asked VRBO to relocate you and refunded all your payment. so you were not charged a penny and you didnt even stayed one hour in there. You walked in and didnt like it and you left. We hope you can come back and look at what the beautiful it is after the full renovations is completed. One Quest group stayed a few days after you left and commented to me that this house is so beautiful and will like to come back again. They stayed three nights and very happy. If you like to come back again I will give you a big discount to book our place again. Thank You.
