Master bathroom toilet runs constantly, no keurig coffee maker, garbage disposal did not work and yes I reported it. Balcony door will not lock, really needs new couch and chairs in living room. One lounge chair on balcony needs replacing. Some light switches didn’t work. It was okay but could need some attention.

Thank you for staying at C309D - Caribe Resort 309D. I’m sorry your stay fell short of expectations. I’ve flagged this reservation with our operations, maintenance, and housekeeping teams to investigate the constantly running master toilet, the reported garbage disposal issue, the balcony door that won’t lock, nonworking light switches, the missing Keurig, the worn couch and chairs in the living room, and the balcony lounge chair. We’ll review service response and schedule repairs or replacements as needed. Please message us through Vrbo with your stay dates and any photos you have so we can review the reservation and discuss appropriate compensation. — Liquid Life
