Highlands Derby Delight! Beautiful large home in the Highlands of Louisville.

Beautiful 1920s updated home rented every year only for the Ky Derby. Located on a quiet street in the Highlands. The Highland area boasts fun pubs, as well as local owned award winning restaurants and 2 fun Farmers Markets, all within walking distance! Churchill Downs home of the Ky Derby is a short Uber ride 10 -15 minutes. Airport is 10 minutes away. Our home has a wonderful large front porch, great place to relax with a glass of Ky bourbon , as well as a large beautiful patio in the back! All the amenities! 4 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths. Fun basement which includes a daybed and tv. The master bathroom has a laundry closet for your convenience. Dining room is beautiful with decorative fireplace and built in bookcases. Cozy living room and updated kitchen. Private backyard with grill & patio furniture. Home is full of character but has been lovingly updated. Wonderful place to relax!
