The “Dünenkrone” house is located in a sought-after area in the “Quiet Village.” Here you’ll find well-deserved peace and quiet away from the hustle and bustle, yet the town centre—with its various shopping options and restaurants—is just a 10-minute walk away. The house itself offers plenty of space even for a larger family seeking relaxation, and the spacious garden on the edge of a small wood invites you to linger when the weather is nice.

The living area of approximately 150 m² is distributed over 2 floors as follows:
