About this property

BEAUTIFUL HOUSE IN A FAMILY ENVIRONMENT FIVE MINUTES FROM THE CENTER.

Beautiful house with capacity for up to 12 people (overnight limit). We have a cleaning lady who is responsible for cleaning the property for a daily rate of R $ 130. 00 (optional), you pay directly with it.
We DO NOT rent for parties and events.
We organize trips to waterfalls in the area.
House with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, 1 private suite and independent entrance + 4 bedrooms, divided into 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom each (all rooms with tv, fan and minibar) we leave pillows and duvets on all beds (bring linen (bath and shower), all bathrooms with gas shower, games room with official pool table, internet access (wi-fi), card, chess, lady, domino, poker file, 32 'LCD TV cable TV in the lounge (SKY) with all movie channels (telecine, HBO, kids, among others), DVD, sound, toto (chips 0.60) and Videokê (R $ 1,00 the music) fireplace, (utensils for barbecue), bar with 2 refrigerators and lamps of emergencies in the whole house. Full kitchen (fridge, stove, microwave, blender, coffee maker, toaster, blender, sandwich maker, fondue pot and all necessary household items) .Aceitamos small pets (maximum 2). On the outside, the house still has giant pula for children, garden, covered and open garage with capacity for six cars, swimming pool with enclosed deck, dry sauna, shower, bathroom and a beautiful panoramic view to the mountains, everything this five minutes from the center of Itaipava (hypermarket, shopping malls, fair of itaipava etc ...). We deliver the house clean and in operation. The house also has an extra kitchen (groceries) and + 2 bathrooms (employed) and the other on the outside (barbecue).

Fomos em um grupo de 7 pessoas. A todo momento o anfitrião Leo esteve disponível sanando nossas dúvidas e facilitando nossa estadia, antes e durante. Casa excelente muito bem cuidada, com toda estrutura, confortável, local agradável, excelente em todos os sentidos. Uma casa que vale a pena voltar, sem falar na simpatia e atenção do proprietário Leonardo que está sempre a disposição para qualquer coisa que seja necessária além de ser uma pessoa com um papo muito bom. Foram três dias perfeitos , tudo e mais um pouco do que esperávamos. O lugar é de uma beleza fantástica e as acomodações são perfeitas. Área de lazer ótimo para quem deseja passear e se divertir. Além de conhecer um pouco da beleza de Itaipava. Mas , nada disso teria sido possível se o comprometimento do responsável do imóvel também não fosse impecável. Eu e minha família fomos muito bem tratados do inicio ao fim e muito bem acomodados. A casa é completa e o anfitrião muito simpático e atencioso!

A casa é bem cuidada, bonita e bastante completa. A casa tem uma bela vista. Fui com minha família num total de 7 pessoas e todos ficaram muito bem acomodados. Nos divertimos muito com a sinuca, o videoke e a piscina. O Léo é muito atencioso e dá orientações e dicas sobre a casa e a cidade. A ajudante que o Léo nos indicou deixava tudo arrumado e limpinho e ainda cozinhava muito bem. O único senão é que para andar até a rua principal onde ficam as lojas e os restaurantes, apesar de não ser muito longe, é sem jeito porque não tem acostamento.

Nesse último feriado foi a quarta vez que me hospedo na casa e posso dizer que sempre é uma experiência maravilhosa!! A casa em todas as vezes que fomos está bem conservada,ambiente limpo ,agradável e bem cuidado, além de ter uma boa localização, 5 min de carro do centro.
