The cottage is suitable for guests seeking a quiet stay and want to reconnect with nature. This fully furnished cottage is located 15 minutes away from Qualicum and a short distance away from Courtney and Mt. Washington. Bring your paddle board and kayak and explore the nearby beaches and shoreline.

The cottage features modern furniture and decor to reflect the beaches, parks, and lush forests close by.

The bedroom is fitted with a queen size bed and features a peek a boo ocean view. Enjoy quality linens and pillows for your best nights sleep.

There is ample closet space in the bedroom to accommodate long term stays.

The kitchen has standard size appliances, including a dishwasher and microwave. The kitchen is fully equipped to make cooking and dining in easy.

The coffee machine is a 12 cup brew with carafe. Guest are welcome to enjoy the regular brew coffee and sugar provided.

The living room features a couch, Smart TV, and electric fire place. The warm glow from the fire place creates an inviting space to settle in and stay awhile.

Guests are welcome to use the washer/dryer.

There are many popular beaches, parks, and hiking trails nearby.

Guests will use a keyless entry system for self check-in and check-out.

Guests will receive a custom door code on the day of arrival.

Woodlands Escape Cottage is managed by Lemon Tree Housekeeping & Vacation Homes Property Management. We offer long term stays.

Guests will correspond with the Host and with members from the Guest Services Team through their booking channel messaging system.

A few basic supplies are provided to get you started on your stay.

Access to the mail box is not available to guests.

Tap water is safe to drink.

On septic so safety caution must be taken.

No additional unauthorized guests allowed without prior permission from the host.

No smoking, vaping, or cannabis use in the cottage or on the property. The cottage is surrounded by trees and shrubs that create a potential fire hazard.

No tenting on the property.

No back yard fires; this will result in a $1000 fine from the municipality.

No unapproved recreational vehicles on the property; trailers, campers.

No ATV`s such as Quads, SxS, dirt bikes used on the property or neighbourhood.

Guests are responsible for cleaning the BBQ after each use, if the BBQ is dirty upon check out, a $500 cleaning fee will be applied to your stay.
