This single storey luxury villa is located in a quiet residential area, about 1.5 km from the bay CALA Abogat. Shops, bars and restaurants are within 1 km, tennis courts are located within the residential area and within easy walking distance. The house has a floor space of 160 square meters, divided into

2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom en suite with corner bath,
one shower room, a large living room with fireplace, dining area, large open kitchen. There is a covered terrace and a covered outside the living room summer kitchen with barbecue area (charcoal) and gas hob, and a guest toilet. Around the 8m x 4m pool with steps is the open terrace surrounded by a landscaped garden with lawnand palm trees. The outdoor shower has hot and cold water. Front of the house, within the closed plot, is a parking lot. Cleaning 120 €, electricity per consumption
