Private wood-fired sauna and cold plunge is under construction and expected by late March. Walk to local eateries and just 0.5 miles to Lake Arrowhead Village and SkyPark. Close to hiking, biking, Snow Valley, and 20 miles to Big Bear—your perfect mountain escape.

Make sure all lights have been turned off and set Nest thermostat to Eco Mode Make sure all doors and windows are locked
There is no trash pick up on the mountain so please take any excess trash with you when you leave. **Excess Trash is anything that doesn't fit in the trash can that is provided.

We’re a small family from LA who loves the mountains. Owning this little A-frame has been a longtime dream, and we’re so excited to share our cozy retreat with you!

Why they chose this property

We really love how peaceful Skyforest feels—it’s surrounded by tall pines, super quiet, and just has that “get away from everything” vibe. It’s close enough to Lake Arrowhead Village and other spots if we want to get out, but most of the time we’re happy just being in the trees, having coffee on the deck, and slowing things down. It feels less busy than Big Bear, more tucked away, and just a really easy place to relax any time of year.

What makes this property unique

We think what makes our place special is the combination of the A-frame design and the setting—it really feels like you’re tucked into the trees. The high ceilings and big windows bring in a ton of natural light and make the space feel open, while still being cozy. We’ve tried to keep it clean and simple but warm, so it feels relaxing the moment you walk in. Between the deck, the forest views, and the quiet surroundings, it’s a place where you can actually slow down and unplug for a bit
