High-quality kitchen equipped with a coffee maker, toaster, stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer, electric kettle, and dishwasher Terrace and small garden with a gas grill, patio furniture, and a parasol Fresh linens and high-quality mattressesand shower towels Wood-burning stove with firewood for cool evenings Selection of games for children and adults Books with tips for excursions in the Bavarian Forest Flat-screen TV High-quality stereo speakers for plugging in (headphones / mini jack) Travel cot and high chair for babies Washing machine To ensure a stress-free arrival, the most important essentials for the first few days are provided as part of the basic setup Price includes final cleaning Check-in is possible between 3:00 PM and 1:00 AM. Check-out is possible between 1:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. Keys are provided via a key safe. You will receive the code in good time before arrival. Tourist tax: A tourist tax of 3.00 EUR per adult and 1.60 EUR per child (ages 6–15) per night will be charged and remitted to the city of Grafenau. Two pets are allowed for a fee of 40 EUR per pet. A baby cot can be provided free of charge upon request.

Sofa im Wohnzimmer entspricht nicht dem Bild, deutlich kleiner, für 3 Erwachsene Männlich grenzwertig. Badezimmer: Dusche aufgrund der Stufe in der Wanne SEHR gefährlich, Tritt dann zu Tief zum Boden, in der Wanne dann Sturzgefahr wegen dieser Stufe. Wasser leider nur gerade so warm, heiss definitv nicht. WC Erdgeschoss extrem eng. Wohnung eigentlich schön leider viele Detail Fehler, von fehlenden Eierkocher bzw Stecher, über nicht vorhandenen Ascheeimer zu "Müll bitte beim Wertstoffhof abgeben" bei Abreise Sonntag. Lage jedoch hervorragend Schlafzimmer ebenfalls

Wunderbare Auszeit in idyllischer Umgebung

Sehr schöne Doppelhaushälfte in einem kleinen Ort bei Grafenau. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, es ist alles da, was man braucht. Im „Kinderzimmer = 2. Schlafzimmer sind sogar Spielsachen und Kinderbücher, die begeistert genutzt wurden. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet (sogar richtig scharfe Messer, was sonst eher die Ausnahme ist), wir haben täglich gekocht. Die Betten sind sehr bequem, wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Die Kommunikation mit Nino war super, bei Fragen sofort erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten eine traumhafte Zeit fernab von jedem Trubel mit ausreichend Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung für jedes Alter. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder
