2 bdrm 1 ba in Mar Vista. Hardwood floors, great light, good closet space and full kitchen. LR has a desk for work. Close to beach & downtown Culver City. No smoking any substance and no pets. Utilities and parking charged separate. Community laundry room. Built in 1953, building is well-maintained but dated in the common areas. We prioritize cleanliness and comfort over luxury; if you’re looking for a 5-star hotel experience, this isn't it. We offer comfortable stay with great communication.
