Fully self check-in. No shared spaces — the unit is yours for the entire stay. Host is off-site and reachable by message anytime.

Hands-off hosting with full support available. You’ll receive your Butterflymx visitor pass and unit door code before arrival, so check-in is fully self-service.

I’m not on-site, but I’m reachable any time through messaging for questions, recommendations, or issues during your stay. Most messages are answered within minutes.

Local recommendations for restaurants, transit, and event venues are available on request.

A few things to know before booking:

• Maximum 6 guests. Only registered guests may stay overnight.
• Check-in: 4:00 PM. Check-out: 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out available on request ($40 fee, subject to availability).
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. This is a residential building — please be mindful of neighbors.
• No parties, events, or large gatherings.
• No smoking, vaping, or illegal substances inside the unit.
• Pets are not permitted unless pre-approved in writing.
• Parking is paid and on-site; use designated spaces only.
• Exterior security cameras at the building entry points. A noise decibel monitor is installed inside (audio is not recorded).
• The unit has 1 full bathroom — plan accordingly for larger groups.
• During major events, rates and minimum-stay requirements may change. Book early.

Important note:
Secure Guest Verification (Required Before Check-In)
To protect our guests against identity theft and ensure a secure stay, we require all booking guests to complete a digital verification process prior to arrival.
● How it works: Shortly after booking, you will receive a secure link from our verification partner, AutoHost.
● What is required: You will be asked to fill out a brief form confirming that the person booking is the guest who will be staying with us.
● Fee: There is a standard $35 verification fee required to process this secure check.
● Please note: Completion of this verification is mandatory to receive your check-in instructions.

Damage Deposit:
A damage deposit of US$250 is required via electronic payment. The property charges this days before arrival. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. A handling fee of 75 $USD may be applied if cash payment prefered.

General House Rules
● Primary Guest Age: The primary guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.
● Gatherings & Safety: Our home is a peaceful retreat. Parties, large gatherings, and events are strictly prohibited.
● Occupancy: Only guests listed on the official reservation are permitted on the property. To comply with insurance and safety regulations, a $200 fee per night will apply for each unregistered guest.
● Smoke-Free Environment: This is a strictly smoke-free and vape-free property (both indoors and on any outdoor balconies/patios).
