Welcome to our home! Spacious and serene, this home is located in one of the most desirable areas of Lincoln. We’ve endeavored to create a relaxing and calm environment and anticipate any needs you may have during your stay.

The home is situated in a quiet neighborhood and is in close proximity to Target (1 min), Costco (8 min) and Trader Joe’s (4 min). Southpointe Paviliion is an open air shopping mall and is a short 5 minute drive away.

This home boasts 2 king master suites. One is located on the main floor and extra personal items can be found in the bathroom cabinet under the sink. The walk in closet houses an iron/ironing board, booster seat and high chair for any little ones that may be in your party.

The second master suite is located on the lower level. This is where you will find a dedicated work station with a 24" office monitor, power strip and 6’ HDMI cable. The walk in closet also contains a second iron and ironing board. The bathroom adjacent to the bedroom is enormous with its own separate vanity and extra personal supplies in the full length mirrored cabinet.

The kitchen is equipped with 2 coffee makers and 2 toasters to accommodate both large and small groups. Starbuck’s coffee, Dunkin’s decaf and a variety of teas are available for your choosing. A large electric skillet is also available for your use in addition to a Ninja blender. We love cooking with our Carote granite, non-stick cookware. These pans are highly efficient at conducting heat and work best when used on low or medium heat. High heat will likely result in scorching. The knives in the kitchen are brand new and exceptionally sharp. Please use caution.

Upstairs are 2 queen bedrooms and a third bedroom with a twin and full sized bed. The 2 queen rooms offer a large dresser in each for longer stays or if you just want to unpack! These bedrooms share a central bathroom with a convenient private shower area so the sink and mirror may still be used while the shower area is occupied. In the hallway you will find a closet with extra towels and extra personal items in case you have left something behind.

There are 6 flat screen TVs throughout the home. One is provided in each of the living areas and bedrooms with the exception of the twin/full bedroom. We have also provided Bluetooth speakers and charging stations in each room. Please be considerate of the next guests and leave these items in their original locations.

We hope you find the washer, dryer, laundry detergent and dryer sheets convenient when the laundry begins to pile up!

The bathrooms are also supplied with shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispensers. We have carefully chosen to provide unscented products to accommodate guests who may have sensitivities.

There are 2 living areas for gathering and fun! Both feature comfy, oversized sectionals, The lower level also boasts a foosball table, arcade game and board games.

There are exterior cameras located in the garage and front door for your safety. The living room thermostat will display any motion detected at these locations and display a real time image. There are no interior cameras in the home. Please feel free to use the garage during your stay. Two hours before your arrival, the PIN code to access the garage will be sent to you with the code to access the front door.
