It is a non-smoking ground-floor apartment with a sunny terrace facing southeast. <br><br>The living area features a large, comfortable corner sofa with a TV, a dining area for enjoying meals, and a fold-out bed (2 mattresses, each 0.80 x 2.00 m) for two people. <br>You can use your own Netflix account on the large Smart TV. The open, high-quality kitchenette is well-equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, and a freezer compartment in the refrigerator, making it perfect for cooking. <br>The spacious bathroom features a generous shower and plenty of storage space for toiletries and sun cream. <br>The separate bedroom features a double bed (two mattresses, each measuring 0.80 x 2.00 m) that is open at the foot end, providing sleeping space for two people. <br>The lovingly furnished apartment, with all its amenities, offers a unique setting for a relaxing stay in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Kellenhusen. <br>In addition, the apartment is just a few metres away from the resort’s beautiful sandy beach. You can reach the beach promenade on foot in just 2 minutes. <br>There’s generally nothing standing in the way of a holiday with your pet, as pets are allowed upon prior arrangement and for an additional fee. <br>If you’d like to keep your luggage to a minimum, you can easily book a laundry package for your stay in Kellenhusen for a fee, and a washing machine and dryer are also available in the building for a fee.<br><br>Important information regarding the construction site in the immediate vicinity of the holiday rental.<br>We would like to inform you that, starting in October 2024, several buildings in the immediate vicinity are expected to be demolished and replaced with new structures; this may result in noise disturbances.<br>An environmental protection ordinance is in effect in the Kellenhusen municipal area that prohibits the operation of noisy machinery and equipment (with the exception of agricultural activities) between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. and between 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m.<br><br>It is important to us that our guests feel comfortable—that is why we are bringing this to your attention and thank you in advance for your understanding.
