Disliked: Check-in, communication
So we had a trip booked 5/22/26-5/24/26 booked over a month in advance and the host canceled the second night with less than a weeks notice. It was poor communication and we had to find another accommodation because of this. The host canceled the reservation for their family to come stay. I found it very unprofessional to cancel the second night for a group of 7 people leaving us scrambling to find a new spot.
