☆ Keurig Coffee and drip coffee machine (only starter amounts of K-cups provided, bring your favorite flavor!).
☆ Smart TVs located in the living room and all 4 bedrooms capable of streaming your shows and music from your favorite streaming accounts.

☆ Guests will have full, access to the entire condo through the private entrance including the one-car garage with the exception of an owner's closet. Guests also have access to the 15,000sf Barefoot Resort North Tower pool.

☆ Additional owner rental agreement must be signed prior to check-in separate from the booking platform.

☆ This is a completely smoke-free (pipe, tobacco, vape, etc) and drug free unit and is limited to 10 guests. Any violation of these rules will result in termination of your rental agreement and additional fees.

☆ Please return BOTH POOL KEY CARDS ($200 fee to replace each one missing)

☆ Linens and bath towels are supplied for each bed and MUST stay in the condo. Renter will be charged for any missing or damaged towels or linens.

☆ Please plan to bring your own beach/pool towels. We do have a few to share but ask that you please wash/dry them thoroughly and return them before your departure.

☆ A basic starter pack of toilet paper for each bathroom, a roll of paper towels, two trash bags, and dish soap is provided at check in. You will need to supply any additional products beyond the starter pack.

☆ Washer/dryer in the unit, but please bring your own detergent if you plan to wash a load during your stay.

☆ Up to 2 dogs are permitted with no weight restrictions with $125 nonrefundable pet fee. Dog bowls available. Doggie blankets in 1st floor closet. Breed restrictions apply. See house rules.

☆ There is a front door Ring doorbell camera active on the property facing outward. It is active 24/7, motion-activated with video/sound recording. It is there for the safety and security of our property and our guests. Deactivation, tampering or covering is terms for immediate termination of rental agreement.

☆ Deactivation/tampering of Wi-Fi (modem and/or router) may lead to immediate termination of the rental.

☆ There is a $50 replacement fee per remote. There are remotes for each TV.
