Excellent villa for Family get-together

A lovely villa with a stunning salt water pool. It was ideal for our grown up family and an excellent base to visit the beautiful nearby beaches.

Perfect House with splendid view

Excellent Sardinian Villa

We have just spent a fabulous week in this fantastic villa. The sea views are amazing and the pool was brilliant for our teenagers. A car is needed to visit the lovely beaches. The check in process and the stay was made easy by the host and also by the lovely Graziella who is on hand to help with everything. We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday thanks to the stay in the villa and how it has everything you will need, including hairdryers, towels and games!!

Beautiful Mariposa

My wife and I stayed at Villa Mariposa for 10 nights with our 2 young boys. The Villa was fantastic in a quiet rural location but only 5 minutes drive from the lively towns of Ottiolu, San Teodoro and Budoni. It’s part of a small boutique secure complex of 4 or 5 villas. The pool was perfect for us all. Claudia the owner was very kind and easily contactable as was Graziella who organised our check in/out. Lovely place. Recommend to anyone.

A Lovely Villa in a Beautiful Location in North East Sardinia

We stayed at Villa Mariposa for two weeks in August 2023. The Villa is uniquely located in the hills with spectacular views over the countryside and the sea. The property was very clean throughout, with everything you would need for a comfortable stay. The pool and gardens are maintained daily and the property manager answered any questions we had immediately. Only five minutes from Porto Ottiolu (you will need a car), 10 minutes to Budoni and 10 minutes to San Teodoro, where I can recommend the night markets. Enjoy the crystal clear water!!

We spent a wonderful ten days in Claudia's stunning property. The villa was furnished and decorated to a very high standard and we really didn't want for anything. The pool and surrounding area were a pleasure to relax in. There were plenty of comfortable loungers and outdoor furniture on which to sit and watch the beautiful sunset over Porto Ottiolu. The views were stunning! There was plenty of shade and the villa was very well air conditioned, so much so, that we were really quite comfortable during the heat wave this Summer. The surrounding area and port of Ottiolu were really charming and captured our hearts. We thoroughly recommend the local beach for beauty and tranquility. The water pump needed replacing during our stay (these things happen), but Claudia and the property manager Graziella, were so responsive and got the difficulty sorted swiftly. Graziella was a delight to deal with, which is some achievement given that we didn't speak a word of Italian! We thoroughly recommend the property and really didn't want to leave!

Achtung Baustelle

Leider war im Inserat kein Hinweis auf eine Baustelle im Ausbauzustand ( Bohren und sägen von Beton ) und eine beginnende Baustelle direkt am Ferienhaus. Dort wurden in 3 Meter Entfernung Zaunpfosten in eine Steinmauer eingebracht. Demnächst wird dort dann ein Haus gebaut. Von 8 Tagen war an 7 Tagen Bautätigkeit und keinerlei Privatsphäre. Schade wir hatten uns auf einen erholsamen Urlaub gefreut

Casa excelente con vistas

Muchas gracias a Claudia por todo y a Graziella por estar pendiente. La casa es preciosa, mejor incluso que en las fotos y hemos estado de maravilla. Las vistas son un sueño la casa al estar ubicada en alto tienes brisa por lo que el calor se lleva mejor para poder disfrutar del exterior que es un sueño. La casa está situada en el este de la isla y así poder disfrutar de toda esa zona donde se encuentran calas preciosas. La casa tiene muchos detalles y cuidados. Está totalmente equipada. La piscina está súper cuidada y limpia. Sólo informar que de las 3 habitaciones una se accede desde el jardín, está habitación no está comunicada con el resto de la casa. Recomiendo Casa Mariposa es preciosa con todos los detalles, tranquila para unos días de relax es perfecta. Super recomendable!!!! La anfitriona es encantadora y siempre pendiente. Graziella que te hace el check in y check out siempre atenta. Todo perfecto. moverte por el este de la isla. Muchas grac abrazo

Wunderbare Villa mit schöner Aussicht

Wir haben in der Villa einen fantastischen Urlaub mit unserer Familie verbracht. Das Haus liegt ideal in einer ruhigen Gegend mit einem gepflegten Innenhof und Garten mit Blick auf das Meer und die Hügel. Schöner Pool bietet Abkühlung an heißen Tagen. Die Villa selbst ist komfortabel und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es hat alles, was Sie während Ihres Aufenthalts brauchen können! Die Restaurants, Geschäfte und Strände sind in der Nähe und mit dem Auto leicht zu erreichen. Vielen Dank an die Familie Thürig.

Super Aufenthalt

Der Aufenthalt in der Villa Mariposa war ein grossartiges Erlebnis! Von der Lage, und vorallem von der schönen Aussicht aufs Meer kann man nicht genug bekommen. Das Haus bietet 3 schöne Doppelschlafzimmer mit jeweils einem eigenen Bad. Der Pool war unser Highlight. Auch das grossszügige Grundstück war sehr schön und gepflegt. Der einzige Negativpunkt für uns, war die Baustelle unten dran. Dies handelt sich sicher um eine kurze Momentaufnahme. Wir werden ganz sicher ein anderes Mal wieder nach Sardinien zur Villa Mariposa reisen.
