Great property for my husband and I to relax at the end of our Alaska adventure. Nice sunset view from one window in the living room and some of the deck. Very quiet neighborhood up on the hill.

Perfect for the wife and I. The views were phenomenal all week. The air condition was great as well. We were able to cook meals instead of eating out all week. The downstairs stayed cool with the fan. Excellent choice to stay for work and play.

Perfect place for visiting nearby relatives. The property was very clean and well appointed with a great kitchen. Plenty of towels and good linens. The host was wonderful to deal with and even had a steamer delivered when I inquired about an iron. I would definitely come back!

Mikhael was very responsive! great property - it was perfect for what we needed and close to the state park for some good hiking. It is a little closer to 20 minutes and a bit of a drive to downtown, but perfect if you're looking for a little more solitude :) the property was clean - the only thing I'll mention I don't think the rug in the bedroom was very clean. Mikhael also left some beers and some yummy popcorn as a little welcome gift which was very sweet! :)

We have loved our stay here at the Sleeping Lady Retreat in Anchorage to see family. Beautiful partial views, yet the property is private, quiet. It has comfortable bedding, modern TVs, well stocked kitchen with all the things you need to enjoy a well cooked meal or a fresh cup of tea or coffee. A spacious closet with laundry was a nice surprise. Whether hiking, visiting family, going to the State Fair, it is an easy drive. We enjoyed the lawn, the picnic table, the deck and fire pit for taking in the sunsets and making s'mores. Any issues were promptly addressed by Mikhael. I would only recommend you bring house slippers for those with cold feet, and we would have liked a dishwasher. But I’m not complaining. We are definitely coming back!
