Welcome to Altstadthaus Stralsund. Located in the heart of Stralsund’s UNESCO World Heritage Old Town is this listed apartment building, newly renovated in 2020–2021, featuring 6 holiday apartments. You’ll be right near the Old Market Square and the historic town hall, on a quiet side street.
The historically preserved and renovated wooden staircase leads you to the ground floor, where you’ll find two holiday apartments. Immediately to the left is the approximately 70 m² apartment, which combines old-world charm with a modern flair. Through the historically preserved front door, you’ll enter a bright, welcoming apartment. You’ll find a cosy living/dining area with a modern kitchenette equipped with all the appliances you need to prepare a delicious meal: a ceramic cooktop and oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, and plenty of dishes and cooking utensils. The dining area seats four people and also features an LED flat-screen TV with satellite reception. The cosy seating area invites you to dine and relax.
One of the two bedrooms is located right next door. In this light-filled room, you can relax in the cosy 1.80m × 2.00m double bed with comfortable mattresses made in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania. Here, you can either read a little longer in the cosy armchair or enjoy the sun on the balcony.
In the second bedroom, on the other side of the living-dining area, you can also relax in a bright room with historically preserved wooden floorboards. Here, too, a cosy 1.80 m × 2.00 m double bed with comfortable mattresses made in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania guarantees relaxation. Each bedroom features an open wardrobe, a reading nook, and blackout curtains. So relaxation is well taken care of here.
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.
The newly redesigned bathroom, featuring a bathtub with an integrated shower, a toilet, and a sink, offers comfort here as well.
The ground-floor hallway leads to the quiet courtyard, where you can wind down at the end of the day with a glass of wine or a cold beer.
