Located in the heart of Stralsund’s UNESCO World Heritage Old Town, this listed apartment building—which was newly renovated in 2020/2021—features 6 holiday apartments. You’ll find yourself in a quiet side street right next to the Old Market Square and the historic town hall.
Through the historically preserved and lovingly renovated hallway, a restored wooden staircase leads you to the second floor, where you’ll find this bright, approximately 66 m² apartment.
From the entryway, you’ll find the cosy bedroom, the newly furnished bathroom, and the kitchen with an adjoining living/dining area.
The fully equipped kitchen features a ceramic cooktop, a steam oven, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. You’ll also find a toaster, coffee maker, and electric kettle, as well as plenty of dishes and cooking utensils for preparing a delicious meal.
Through a historic double door, the adjacent living-dining area features a dining table that seats four people. Here, you can relax on the comfortable couch or in a cosy armchair while enjoying a book or an exciting film on the LED flat-screen TV with satellite reception.
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.
Through another historically preserved double door from the living area or the hallway, you’ll enter the cosily furnished bedroom. Here you’ll find a 1.80 m × 2.00 m double bed with comfortable mattresses made in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, as well as a pull-out daybed (2 × 80 cm × 200 cm) that can be pulled out for your children or two additional guests, as well as a wardrobe and a chest of drawers.
The newly renovated bathroom features a toilet, a sink, and a shower.
From the hallway on the ground floor, you can access the quiet inner courtyard. Enjoy a glass of wine or a cold beer here and wind down at the end of the day.
