Integrated kitchen in the large living-dining room equipped for culinary moments and a table for 4 people where you can enjoy meals in the best company. Rooms equipped for your comfortable rest with air conditioning, one of them with two single beds and a room with a double bed and en-suite bathroom. The other bathroom with shower is located in the hallway next to the room with two single beds.



Our guests have exclusive access to a shared rooftop terrace, perfect for relaxing, sunbathing, and enjoying appetizers or delicious meals.

The place is amazing

Just like the photos, you have everything you need. It is really nice because we had a parking so that is a huge +. The place also has AC in both rooms and one in living room so that is really nice if it is hot outside. The town is little bit to the north but for us was perfect we had a car so we drove to everywhere. Keep in mind that the streets in Sa Pobla and roads on Mallorca are quite narrow sometimes so some big cars could have a problem with that. If you go to Mallorca I would definitely recommend that place. For what you get the price is really good!👍

Great stay and location

We loved how convenient the property was. There was parking and an elevator and checkin was simple. The kitchen was well equipped and everything was spotless when we arrived. There were some welcome stack which we appreciated. The town is very walkable and we enjoyed wandering. We used our car for sightseeing and visiting restaurants in other towns. I definitely recommend this location.

Nice apartments with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The apartments match the description and photos. There is not much to do in Sa Pobla but it&#39s a good location if you want to travel around the island. Private parking just beside the house. Also, we really enjoyed a Sunday market in the central square.

Excellent Location

We loved this location. Google directions got us there easily. Yay for a parking spot in a private garage and an elevator! We were able to park and easily transition our bags. The unit had AC which was wonderful as Mallorca was still warm during our visit. The kitchen was well equipped and we appreciated that there were a few snacks when we arrived. We walked everywhere in Sa Pobló and used the car for our ventures out. I definitely recommend this location.

My 3 week stay in Sa Pobla was lovely and I would absolutely recommend staying here

The apartment conveniently located right off the central square, within easy walking access of restaurants, bakeries and grocery stores. The space itself is cute, quiet and feels spacious, and the roof deck and balconies are wonderful for morning coffee. Ideal Properties and Joan, the owner, were very helpful and communicative. I arrived the weekend of the festival of San Antoni, and Joan kindly stopped by to tell me about the festival and warn me that there would be some street closures. He even brought by an espinagada, a traditional pastry eaten during the festival. All in all a wonderful place to stay.

This apartment is fully equipped, very comfortable and clean. It’s super new and stylish. Every room had everything we needed. The instructions were clear, the parking place was very good. You need a car but you need it all over the island, not just in this city. We don’t understand the negative feedbacks. We had a wonderful time here! :)

The apartment is awesome

This was an awesome apartment. We stayed here for 8 days with our two little girls (4 and 5) and it was perfect. The apartment was immaculate with all the necessary appliances. There were some complimentary food and drinks, which we really appreciated after arriving to Mallorca really late. Communication with the agency, that looks after this property, was flawless. We received all the necessary information in time to make our arrival as smooth as possible. The apartment is situated in a center of a small town and the streets are very narrow. We were happy we rented the smallest car possible to navigate through the town grids. The town is quiet and very pretty and is only about 15 kilometers from the nearest beach Platja de Muro. This beach was absolutely perfect for little kids - shallow with crystal clear water. I can wholly recommend this place and hope to return again in the future.

Es war sauber und geräumig, die Dachterrasse war ein tolles Extra und die Willkommenssnacks sehr nett :) Lage ist direkt an einem Platz mit vielen guten Restaurants. Mülltrennung erwünscht (Kühlschrank Aufkleber), allerdings nur ein Mülleimer.
