Kleines Haus Mitten in der Natur mit Eigener Terrasse und Sonnenbalkon

A converted former barn with two stories.<br>The spacious entryway leads to the large kitchen-dining area with two windows and a patio door. The kitchen is fully equipped: large refrigerator, oven, and dishwasher. On the same level is the bathroom with natural light, which features a bathtub. A spiral staircase leads to the upper floor. On the left is the bedroom with a double bed (160 cm x 200 cm) and a small built-in closet. The large living room, with exposed beams, is furnished with a sofa (with a sleeper function) and armchairs. There is a flat-screen TV, radio/CD/MP3 player, Wi-Fi, and a workspace by the window. From here, you can step out onto the large, secluded balcony facing southwest. Here, or on the private patio in front of the house, you can enjoy the peace and quiet and relax. A grill is also available. <br><br>We live right next door and are happy to assist our guests.
