This charming 3-bedroom, 2-bath single level cottage offers the perfect mix of comfort and beach-town character, just 1.5 miles from Center Street’s restaurants, shops, and nightlife. Surrounded by palms and mature coastal trees, the home features a spacious front yard with off-street parking and a relaxed screened porch—perfect for morning coffee before heading to the beach.
Inside, the home is bright and airy with light coastal tones, an updated kitchen with stainless appliances, and an open dining area ideal for gathering after a day in the sun. All of our properties are supplied with a Keurig and drip coffee maker, along with a small supply of coffee onsite. The 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms are comfortable and inviting, while the large outdoor deck provides a great space for evening drinks, outdoor dining, or relaxing under the Folly sky. No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the property or in areas where smoke may linger, such as porches or balconies.
Property Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage to walls or property caused by hanging decorations or other actions.
Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all.
Firearms Prohibited: Firearms are not allowed on the property. Any firearm found will be considered abandoned and handled accordingly.
Location Disclosure:
Charleston is a vibrant, growing city, and guests may experience typical urban sounds, including traffic, nearby restaurants, bars, or general street noise. Construction noise may also occur in the area. While we strive to inform guests of potential disruptions, we may not always have advance notice of such activities.

Charleston does have quite a few bugs, we have a professional pest control company service the house every month. Every effort is made to present a clean home at Check-In. To minimize the impact of bugs on your vacation, keep doors/windows closed, food wrapped and store it in the refrigerator.
