I'm originally from New York, been here since 2000,so I guess you could say I'm officially a Georgia peach. I'm a retired professional athlete, firefighter and retired DJ. I also have a non profit organization called LOLA-helping women in need. I love working out, tv, the peace & quiet of the outdoors and traveling.
Why they chose this property
I chose this neighborhood because it is quiet & well kept and convenient. It's close to downtown Atlanta with multiple ways into Atlanta. Grocery stores, gas stations, pharmacies, department stores(Walmart) are 5 minutes away. The mall (Arbor Place) is 15 minutes away. Interstate highway 20 is 5 minutes from my house.
What makes this property unique
The basement is a full studio apartment with a queen bed, Kitchenette, full bathroom, living room area, sitting area and a bar area. Separate HVAC system, and wifi, Also a separate entrance. And transportation is also provided to and from the FIFA cup games for a fee .
