To start with, the pictures they use in the ad are decidedly old. Like after they remodeled old. The property is in a very different shape from what it is depicted here. Paint in the bathroom is peeling. Holes in the linoleum are worn through in the kitchen and hallway. The entire house smells of mildew and mold from shower over spray that is leaking down between the floor and shower pan because it's not sealed properly and the shower head is too big for the small shower space. You can see where the water consistently gets out of the shower and has started rotting the baseboards by it and where the caulking has lifted between the shower pan and the flooring. The base of the bathroom cabinet is all peeled back. There's also about a foot void between the back of the bathroom cabinet and the wall.. it's like this little no man's land that you better not drop anything back there if you hope to get it back without donning spelunking gear. That's bizarre. You go to turn the water on in the bathroom faucet and oh gosh, what is that? Oh yes, if you wiggle the faucet you can literally disengage it and lay it to its side because it's not properly installed. There are outlet boxes hanging part way out of the wall. They use pillow decorative shams for pillow cases on some of the beds. (And yes they expect you to use them as pillows because there is no other pillows. These aren't there just to be pretty..) Only one out of three lamps worked in our bedrooms because they were using non-dim
We had to put paper towels behind the blinds in both bedrooms to have privacy
Entire house smelled like mildew and mold and you can see where water is getting into the baseboards and between the shower pan and tile in the uncailked area
