The host was ver responsive to our requests when we arrived and saw the home. I did have to ask him to send the code because he hadn’t sent it to us. We also requested more towels and he delivered. We got a Lyft to the home, but upon entering the home it had a smell and the home was very dirty. The carpets need a good cleaning as well as all the walls and doors. Needed more toilet paper, paper towels and garbage bags. We bought toilet paper, paper towels and dish soap.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We would like to mention that all of your requests were addressed promptly during your stay. Regarding the cleanliness concern, it was a minor imperfection in one corner of the carpet, which was attended to immediately once we were notified. Additionally, there were sufficient towels available during your stay; however, when you requested more, they were provided without any issue. Extra Kleenex was also added for your convenience. For these reasons, we were surprised by the rating, as our goal is always to provide attentive service and resolve any situation quickly and efficiently. We truly appreciate your feedback, as it helps us continue improving.
