The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please turn off the outdoor shower valve and lock all doors. Wash all dishes and put them back in their original spots, and unload the dishwasher before you check out.
Please push the trash carts to the road. The blue can is for recycling only.
Please open the shower doors to let the air circulate and make sure the master bathroom fan is on.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please remove your shoes when you enter the home. Wash the sand off your feet before you come in. You can use the outdoor shower or hose.
No food or drinks in the room with the carpet.
Please use the food catchers in the kitchen sink; there isn’t a garbage disposal.

The location of the bungalow was terrific; in a quiet spot with a short walk to the beach. The host was easy to contact and very friendly. Check-in and check-out were hassle free. The house was exactly as described in the listing.
