Enjoy the most important days of the year in our exclusive, peacefully situated holiday home.<br><br>The Location <br>Our newly renovated holiday home is located in a quiet residential area in Tönning, about 200 m from the Eider River and about 10 km from the North Sea. The seawater swimming pool and the (green) beach are only about 200 m away and within walking distance.<br>St.-Peter-Ording, with its beautiful sandy beaches, is about a 20-minute drive (22 km) away.<br>You’ll find shopping options and great restaurants in the city centre of Tönning (1 km).<br><br>Amenities <br>The approximately 120-square-meter fisherman’s cottage captivates with its bright and modern charm. <br><br>The spacious, light-filled living area features a cosy seating area with a large flat-screen TV and a wood-burning stove for relaxing evenings. <br>The open, fully equipped kitchen features a gas stove with an exhaust hood, a dishwasher, a large refrigerator with separate freezer compartments, an oven, a steamer, a filter coffee maker (filter size 4), a kettle, and a toaster.<br><br>The bright dining area invites you to enjoy pleasant moments with friends and family while overlooking the beautiful garden.<br><br>On the ground floor, you’ll find a spacious bathroom with a toilet and a walk-in shower.<br><br>An open wooden staircase leads to the sleeping area: The holiday home features two bedrooms and an additional sleeping area in the attic (accessible via a ladder). All bedrooms are equipped with comfortable double beds (each 180 × 200). The large bedroom, in particular, has an open layout and—like the attic room—cannot be completely darkened. <br><br>On the upper floor, there is another bathroom with a bathtub and toilet.<br><br>The utility room with a washing machine and dryer rounds out the amenities. In case you do need to check emails or even work while on holiday: A desk with a keyboard and monitor makes your work easier.<br><br>Garden furniture is available on the sheltered patio. The large, mature garden invites you to relax and barbecue.<br><br>Special Features <br>Warm concrete floors with underfloor heating create a cosy atmosphere. During the home’s complete renovation in 2020, great emphasis was placed on using eco-friendly building materials. This pet-free, non-smoking holiday home is also suitable for people with allergies. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this accommodation. We are happy to provide our guests with free, high-speed Wi-Fi (100 Mbit/s). Bicycles can be stored in an open shed. Parking is available directly on the driveway as well as right in front of the house. For all guests arriving by electric car: A wallbox is available at the house. Please let us know if you’d like to use it so we can activate it (€60 per week).<br><br>An initial set of bed linens and towels is required for this property and is already included in the final price. Additional linen packages can be booked through the optional services.<br><br>A security deposit of 300 € is required for this holiday home.
