Holiday Home 29a, named "OstseeLeben," in the Urlauberdorf complex has 3 rooms and can accommodate up to 4 people.

This lovely, approximately 63 m² end-of-row house features a beautifully situated southwest-facing terrace surrounded by plenty of green space. Parents will really appreciate that children have plenty of space to play here—in front of, next to, and behind the house. Spread over two floors, the home features a living room with a built-in kitchenette, two bedrooms, and a bathroom with a shower. The beach is approximately 350 m away.

The ground floor features a cosy living room—with its comfortable seating area and fireplace, it offers the perfect setting for a relaxing holiday. In addition to a large flat-screen TV (40 inches), a high-quality Bose stereo system provides entertainment.
The dining area, right next to the kitchenette, offers plenty of space for shared meals. Of course, this holiday home provides garden furniture with cushions and a beach chair for relaxing on the large southwest-facing terrace. Enjoy the balmy summer evenings. An awning provides shade from the sun.

The modern kitchenette includes a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, an oven, a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, a dishwasher, a microwave, and, of course, a coffee maker and an electric kettle.

On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with two single beds (each 90 x 200 cm). Another tastefully furnished bedroom with a double bed (2 x 100 x 200 cm), a large closet, and satellite TV is located on the upper floor. For our youngest guests, a sturdy baby/child’s bed and a handcart are available.

The tiled bathroom with a toilet and shower is also located on the ground floor. An additional guest bathroom is available on the upper floor. You can use the washing machine for doing laundry as needed.
The windows are equipped with roller shades and curtains for privacy and sun protection. Fly screens are installed on the windows throughout the entire holiday home.
All rooms have laminate flooring and tile, making them very easy to maintain. Please understand that, unfortunately, pets are not allowed and smoking is not permitted in the holiday home. Free Wi-Fi (subject to availability) is available in House 29a.

The "Urlauberdorf" holiday complex is quietly located on the outskirts of Boltenhagen. Shopping options are only about 200 m away. A parking space is available near the house. The Urlauberdorf complex features a large children’s playground with a wooden climbing frame, sandpit, table tennis table, football field, and benches for adults. Booking information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bed linens and towels are not included. You can rent them from us for a fee (not made up).

The holiday village offers you a quiet and relaxing stay and is centrally located on the outskirts of Boltenhagen. The distance to the beach is about 350 metres.

Children are very welcome at the holiday village. The complex features a spacious, green playground where your children can dig in the sandpit, climb the playhouse, and play on the seesaw and swings. There’s plenty of space for various ball games, and a ping-pong table rounds out the amenities.

Pets are allowed in many of the homes. Some homes offer free Wi-Fi. Each home has a free parking space for a car in the immediate vicinity (width: 1.90 m).

Holiday Homes in the Holiday Village:

Built in 1997, the holiday village offers spacious accommodation for four to six people in 142 individually furnished townhouses and semi-detached homes. The townhouses span two levels and typically feature three rooms (a living room and two bedrooms). Some homes have a second bathroom or a guest bathroom. In almost all homes, a wood-burning stove creates a cosy atmosphere, especially in the fall and winter. The terraces are perfect for sunbathing and enjoying meals together.

The townhouses and semi-detached homes are accessible only via the boardwalk paths. Spacious lawns between the homes create an ideal natural setting.

Some homes have sheds or storage areas available for your bicycles.
