I was impressed with the Vrbo’s location and the capacity for 12 people. We ended up having 14-15 family members stay for 2 out of 4 nights. Our family is used to sharing beds, using pull-out couches and couches for sleeping arrangements, so it worked out perfectly. I loved the furnished kitchen!! The only suggestion for kitchen items would be a toaster, a strainer, and possibly cooking oil. The foosball table was a great amenity that provided hours of entrainment for the kids. Both bathrooms had a shower and was stocked with clean towels and hand towels. The fridge had an ice machine and filtered water. There was a nice backyard.The host communicated promptly and clearly. Once receiving the reservation approval, the check in and check out instructions were detailed and easy to follow. All expectations were outlined and if we had any questions, the host was quick to respond! I ABSOLUTELY recommend staying at this location if you have a large group or want a lot of space with 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms.

The home was very nice, but very stark. If you want a place just to sleep at night this is an excellent place to stay!!!! Instead of a dining room table there was a foosball table in the dining room and 8 bar stools at the counter.The cleaning supplies (mop, mop bucket, broom, etc.) were sitting out in the kitchen next to the primary bedroom door. There were clean dishes in the dishwasher from the previous guests. There was not enough seating in any of the main spaces for a group of 12 people. There was no bathroom in the basement causing those who slept there to use the en suite on the main level. The upstairs bathroom hot and cold were switched in the shower/tub. The downstairs did not have window coverings. There were no “home" touches-rugs, wall decor, room decorations. The coffee pot was the old fashioned large perk type that you would see at a church event.
